Establishing New Electric Service
To establish electric service, please visit one of our offices in Vinita or Grove or call our Member Service Department at 1-800-256-6405.
For your convenience, an Application for Service is available in the “Forms Download” section of this website for you to print out and complete prior to your visit to one of our business offices. Click here to go to the “Forms Download” section.
You may be required to pay a meter deposit. Meter deposits are based on the history of each location, and are calculated at 1/6 of the annual bill, which is a two month average bill. Deposits may be waived under the following conditions:
The credit history must be based on twelve (12) months of service, and may be combined from two (2) or more utilities.
